No! You can browse festival themes and view community creations without signing in. However, to generate AI pets and share your creations with the community, you'll need to create a free account using Google, Apple (iOS only), or an email magic link.

Yes! You can upload a photo of your real pet from your device gallery. The app will use your photo as the base to apply the AI-generated festive styling and customizations you've selected.

Tokens are credits that power AI pet generations. Each generation uses a certain number of tokens. You can:

• Earn free trial tokens upon signup
• Subscribe monthly for a regular token allowance
• Purchase tokens to get additional credits anytime

Check your token balance in the app wallet anytime.

Token costs depend on the complexity and quality of your generation. Most standard generations use 5-10 tokens. The app will show you the token cost before you generate so you know exactly what to expect.

We offer flexible monthly subscription plans with varying token allowances to suit different creation needs. When you need to generate and run out of tokens, you'll be prompted to view available plans. Choose the one that works best for you!

Yes! You can manage and cancel your subscription anytime from your app settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

Token policies depend on your specific plan. Check your subscription details in the app for rollover information. Trial tokens typically expire after 30 days if unused.

We support three convenient sign-in methods:

Yes! Sign in with the same email or account on any device and your creations, tokens, and subscription will sync across all your devices.

Since we use email magic links and social sign-in (no passwords required), simply use the "Sign In" screen to authenticate with a different email or sign-in method. For account changes, visit the Settings page in the app.

You can request account deletion from the app's Settings page. This removes your account data and hides your previously shared creations. The deletion process may take up to 48 hours to complete.

There are two ways to share:

• Private Sharing: Share directly with friends via messaging apps, email, or social media using the share button on your creation
• Community Feed: Post to the community feed to showcase your pet and get inspiration from other creators

Yes! Browse the Featured Creations page to see what others have shared. Discover trending festive themes, get inspiration, and interact with the community. You can like, comment, or report inappropriate content.

Absolutely! When you share your creation to the community, it has the potential to be featured. Our team highlights creative and festive designs regularly. Keep creating unique pets for a chance to be featured!

If you encounter inappropriate creations or comments, use the flag/report button on that post. Our moderation team reviews all reports to keep the community safe and family-friendly.

Try these troubleshooting steps:

• Restart the app completely
• Restart your device
• Update to the latest app version
• Clear the app cache (Settings > Apps > FestivPetAI > Storage)
• Reinstall the app if the issue persists

AI generation typically takes 30-60 seconds depending on complexity and your internet connection. If it's taking much longer:

• Check your internet connection (WiFi recommended)
• Try generating a simpler design first
• Restart the app and try again
• High server load may cause delays; try again in a few minutes

Saved creations are stored on your device and also backed up in the cloud when signed in. If you're not seeing them:

• Make sure you're signed in with the correct account
• Check the "My Creations" tab
• Uninstalling the app removes locally saved creations—always back up important ones first
• Synced creations can be recovered by signing back in with the same account

Check the following:

• Ensure you have an active WiFi or mobile data connection
• Disable and re-enable your internet connection
• Restart your device
• Check if other apps can access the internet
• Ensure the app has internet permissions in your device settings

If the problem persists, it may be a server issue—try again later.

FestivPetAI requires iOS 11 or later for Apple devices and Android 6.0 (API 23) or later for Android devices. Update your device if you're running an older version.

Yes! Your pet photo is transmitted securely over HTTPS and processed only for AI generation. If you choose to share to the community, your pet photos are stored in encrypted Firebase Storage. Unshared photos remain on your device only.

We collect the minimum necessary to provide our service:

• Account info (email, display name, sign-in method)
• Your shared creations and metadata
• Usage analytics to improve the app
• Optional feedback you choose to submit
