Privacy Policy for FestivPetAI

1. Introduction

FestivPetAI ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

2. Anonymous Use

You can browse festival themes and community content without creating an account. In anonymous mode, Firebase Authentication assigns a temporary anonymous identifier.

3. Account Sign-In

Sign-in is required only for generating AI images and sharing to the community feed. Supported methods include Google, Apple (iOS), and email magic link.

4. Pet Photos and Image Processing

Your pet photo is sent securely over HTTPS to AI image generation services only for generation. If you choose to share to the community feed, both generated and original images are stored in Firebase Storage so before/after can be shown in-app.

5. Data We Store

• User profile data (UID, display name, email, avatar where available).
• Shared creations metadata and image files.
• Interaction data such as loves/flags.
• Optional support feedback and screenshots.

6. Data Stored on Your Device

Generated creations and related metadata are stored locally on your device so you can view and edit them later. Uninstalling the app removes local app data.

7. Third-Party Services

We use Firebase services and external AI providers to power app features. Their use is subject to their own policies.

8. Account Deletion

You can request deletion from the app settings. This removes account data and hides previously shared content according to app behavior and platform constraints.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time and will update the date above when changed.
